Morgan’s practice is shaped by small, recurring acts of attention. Such as, painting a white flower each Friday or mixing colours from a deliberately limited palette. These self-imposed rituals are a way to slow down, notice subtle changes and follow the possibilities that emerge.
Morgan is a multidisciplinary artist of French and Australian heritage, living on Arrernte Country in the Central Australian Desert. Currently working as Studio Coordinator at Bindi Mwerre Anthurre Artists, Morgan’s background is in Anthropology and Primary school teaching. Morgan has long been drawn to the intersections of art-making, storytelling and observation.
