The primary Tjukurrpa at Tuwa is Tjitji Kutjarra (Two Boys). At Tuwa, there is a large rockhole, which represents the two boys si?ng. The Tjukurrpa tells us that the two boys crawled around the Tuwa area and went to Wingarntjiiri to get water from the rockhole. They then went a bit towards the east around northern parts of Lake Hopkins where they rested and urinated. There are further parts to the story. This is part of a larger story towards the east. This Tjukurrpa is also linked to Katjarra’s eldest daughter as this story ulTImately finishes at Wingarntjirri, which is Katjarra’s daughter’s place of birth. At Tuwa the Tjukurrpa of the Possum (Wintarru) and the Two Pythons (Kuniya Kutjarra) also pass through.
